Digital products include e-books, courses, and recordings for personal growth. Delivery occurs via download links or platform access.

4. Merchandise

Physical items such as branded journals and tools are offered. Shipping details are provided at checkout.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Singapore dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Coaching Services

Clients may request a partial refund within 7 days of the first session if they believe the session did not meet described objectives. Requests after this period may be handled as session credits toward future use.

6.2 Digital Products

Digital products may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if access has not been downloaded or activated. Once download or activation occurs, no reimbursement is available.

6.3 Merchandise

Defective merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please contact customer support with photographic evidence. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional charge.

7. Schedule Changes

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. Unused sessions beyond this window will expire without eligibility for reimbursement.

8. Content Ownership

All materials on this site and in digital products are owned by SoulGrowLab and are protected. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimer

Our services and products aim to support personal development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoulGrowLab is not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of our offerings.
